I came across this resource for positive coaching. The Positive Coaching Alliance boasts the simple yet powerful motto "Transforming youth sports...so sports can transform youth." This site gives tips and tools for coaches and parents. There's some great resources at this site - give it a look and see if there are pieces you can apply to your own coaching philosophy.
